About Me

Hello, I’m Terry, a developer, drummer, father, husband, and perpetual student living in the beautiful city of New Orleans. I have a rich experience in web site design & customization. I like working on the following languages and technologies:

  • php
  • html
  • Google Domain Admin
  • Drupal
  • WordPress
  • COBOL
  • PeopleSoft

What I do

PeopleSoft/SQL Programming

By day, I am a humble PeopleSoft programmer trying to integrate a legacy mainframe database with the 21st century. I write COBOL (!),SQL, PeopleCode, SQR, and App Engine code. Some of my highlights from my programming past include integrating SQL Server and Oracle and the mainframe in batch processes. I'm learning more about web services each day. I am always trying to see how to make code run faster for work. I'm proud of what I do.

Web Development

By night, I am a crazy web developer who works on the Drupal CMS page for First Presbyterian Church and the Wordpress site for Xcitement Band. I've been learning a lot about the differnces and similarities between the two content management systems.

Drummer & Volunteering

On the weekends and whenever I am free, I am the drummer for the XcitementBand ... a 5 piece band that has been playing together for years. We've played at 30/90, BMC, and even a place in Texas. It's been a fun ride so far. Whenever I can, I volunteer for church and do all that I can for my New Orleans community.
